Anna Vinogradova

Vinogradova Anna Germanovna was born in 1975 in Krasnodar. In 1994 she entered the Yaroslavl Art College. After completing the first year, Anna decided to enter the St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I. E. Repina. Having mastered the program of the preparatory courses of the institute, Anna in 1996 entered the graphic faculty, where she studied in the workshop of the People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor V.G. Starov.
In 2000, Anna transferred to the faculty of painting in the workshop of the People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor V.I. Reikhet, after whose death she continued her studies with such masters as V.V. Pimenov, N.N. Repin, N.S. Lysak, N.D. Blokhin.
As a student, Anna not only studied, but also worked creatively. In 1999, she completed a series of costume designs for a cycle of mystery ballets for the Vologda choreographic ensemble "Russian Ballet of the 21st Century". The productions were staged in 2000 as part of the Veliky Ustyug - Homeland of Father Frost state program. The chief choreographer of the St. Petersburg Academic Musical Comedy Theater Kirill Laskari, who highly appreciated the performance of the costumes, noted: "The ancient pagan rites are conveyed in such expressive language, the hall applauds and freezes. This is a bright, emotional spectacle!"
In 2001, together with A. M. Vladimirov, Vinogradova took part in the creation of the mosaic "Our Lady of Vladimir" for a memorial sign-chapel in Vologda in honor of the 2000th anniversary of Christianity.
Since 2005, Anna's works have been actively exhibited at many exhibitions in museums, galleries, biennials in China, including: China Art Museum (Beijing), Dalian Art Museum (Dalian), Art Museum of the Guangzhou Painting Institute, Zhuhai Art Museum, art fairs Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and other prestigious museums and exhibitions of cultural centers in China.
In 2006, Anna graduated from the institute, having defended her thesis "Procession of the Shrovetide train" with an "excellent" rating. This work traces the artist's interest in the origins of folk culture, in the traditions of pre-Christian Russia.
Upon graduation, Anna was invited to the USA, where she became a member of the American Portrait Association and took part in the Show Exhibition in Florida. The paintings of the novice artist aroused great interest and were successfully sold.
In 2008, Anna joined the St. Petersburg branch of the Union of Artists of Russia.
In May 2009, the artist provided more than thirty large-scale paintings for the "Repin Exhibition" in Beijing at the Palace of Nationalities of China. With a resounding success, the paintings were sold out. In the same place in 2010, Anna Vinogradova represented the "Young Generation" together with young teachers of the Institute. I.E. Repin.
In 2011, Anna Vinogradova participated in the Moscow International Art Salon of the Central House of Artists, where she was declared the opening of the year of the Salon. In the same year, the artist also won the Grand Prix of the International Art Olympiad and held a series of exhibitions in Moscow. As part of the events dedicated to the City Day, a personal exhibition was opened in the state exhibition hall of the Nagornaya Gallery, where the artist's works were purchased by the Moscow Department of Culture. Also, a personal exhibition in the Council of Federations of the Russian Federation was a great success.
In 2014, a personal exhibition was held at the Institute of Arts and Design in Dalian, Liaoning Province. At the end of the exhibition, she was awarded a diploma of honorary professor of the Polytechnic University of Dalian.
In 2017, Anna accepted an invitation to exhibit a series of new works in the halls of the Council of Federations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Moscow City Duma.
In March 2020, the artist opened a solo exhibition of her works in the halls of the Museum of the Academy of Fine Arts of Sergei Andriyaka.
The artist participated in numerous traveling exhibitions held in China by the St. Petersburg "Gallery of Painting of the 20th Century". She also took part in exhibitions of the association "Wanderers of the 21st century" in Russia and in the countries of the European Union, where her work aroused and continues to arouse great interest.
Currently, the artist's works are successfully sold in the best galleries in the United States - in Chicago, California, Florida, New Mexico, as well as in the art markets of China, Russia and Europe. The works of Anna Vinogradova are in private collections in Russia, the Museum of Slavic Mythology (Tomsk), the Museum of E.E. Moiseenko in Belarus, in private collections and museums in China, in the National Prague Gallery in the Czech Republic and the Ksenzh Castle Museum (Poland), in private collections in the Netherlands, Germany, France and other European countries, as well as in the USA, Japan and the United Arab Emirates.
