Anatoly Danilovich Lukashenok was born on June 17, 1946 in the city of Dnepropetrovsk.In 1966 he graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk State Art College.In 1970, he entered the I. E. Repin Institute of the USSR Academy of Arts, which he successfully graduated from in 1976. The painting "Metro Builders" became the artist's graduation work.From 1977 to 1980 he worked in a creative workshop under the guidance of Professor V. M. Oreshnikov.Since 1981 and up to the present, he has been teaching at the St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I. E. Repin. Professor of the Department of Drawing. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.Academician of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts.Participant of All-Union, All-Russian and international exhibitions.The personal exhibition in the "Gallery of Painting of the 20th century" is timed to the 50th anniversary of the artist's creative activity. The exhibition includes 130 works from different years. Thanks to this, it is possible to trace how the artistic language of the author has changed.
