        The exhibition "In the native land" opens a series of exhibitions "Age of Winners", dedicated to the work of artists of the post-war years (50s - 60s of the last century), which went down in the history of Russian and world art culture. The heyday of art in this period is associated with the general upsurge of the country's economy, the comprehensive development of society and the people's desire for creation. Artists were not aloof, they lived in the interests of the country and society. The state supported them, and in the communities of artists there was a special creative competition, which was clearly manifested in the houses of creativity in Staraya Ladoga and at the Academic Dacha named after I.E. The exhibition presents the works of artists of the 1950s - 1970s, created mainly in the House of Creativity in Staraya Ladoga and at the Academic Dacha named after I.E. Repin.
